The Program Manager is an imperative part of the PRIME Creative team and provides support to one of its major clients. You lead and mentor a team and work with them to help turn a vision into real-world execution.

This special someone will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment and with the support of a Production team composed of mid to senior levels, will be involved in the overall success of every brief that we undertake. The emphasis is on digital experience, eCommerce, and content for lifestyle and technology categories to create experiences that deeply connect with people. In addition, you possess strong business acumen, problem-solving skills and a proven track record of success. You will be dealing with multiple personality types, and need to be able to adapt based on the person you are working and communicating with.

In your role, you will report to the Executive Director, who oversees production and operations for the team. You will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage a program that includes a team of 10+ talented people mixed disciplines
  • Collaborate with the team to drive several large-scale digital projects to completion including websites, branding, content, and more.
  • Develop program and operational models including staffing plans, hierarchy models, communication strategy, tool definition and usage, assumptions, etc.
  • Act as the primary contact with the client and help ensure they are extremely satisfied with our services and products, escalate to EP on an as needed basis.
  • Develop comprehensive workflow/project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Track project/program performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Assist the EP with developing program KPI’s for production or delivery that are actionable and measurable.
  • Meet resourcing objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on utilization and capacity analysis.
  • Ensure projects are resourced appropriately and manage communication of utilization spikes and potential overages with a mitigation plan to the Executive Producer.
  • Ensure detailed reviews of all high-visibility timelines/resource plans prior to the initial team kickoff and client reviews.
  • Act as the initial point of escalation if a producer is facing challenges on a project and generate a documented mitigation plan.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Knowledge, communicative and analytical skills equivalent to those normally obtained through receipt of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent years of additional related professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 + years of a proven track record running large engagements
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience directly managing complex, large-budget digital experience engagements
  • Experience overseeing multiple teams across multiple initiatives.
  • A high level of mastery of project management software and collaboration tools such as Excel, Google Suite, Powerpoint, Dropbox, Microsoft Office Suite, or Adobe Creative Suite.
